A fleeting childhood
Never doing stiff leg deadlifts again, slipped a disc and was in so much pain getting in and out the car home took at least 90min. Now i cant sit up straight, bend for anything and I'm moving gingerly. Still persevered to get that Morley's chicken though.:ufdup:
I was just doing SLDL with 135-185 for reps

No was doing it with 70kg=155lbs only thing i could think of is I did 80kg on the front squat barely warmed up and didn't have my belt. I'm 350 on squats so nothing lagging in that department, I do need to cut some weight though

You can squat 350 and still have lagging glutes, spinal erectors, or hammies. :yeshrug:

Oh well. You just need to be careful moving forward. :yeshrug:
