I was just doing SLDL with 135-185 for repsNever doing stiff leg deadlifts again, slipped a disc and was in so much pain getting in and out the car home took at least 90min. Now i cant sit up straight, bend for anything and I'm moving gingerly. Still persevered to get that Morley's chicken though.
Is something lagging that caused your injury?
