Might have to drive to the gym instead of biking 10km for deadlift day after squat day two days prior, biked every day this week 10km there and back.....not a big problem, but not fun after a leg day:whew:......legs were fried after the main lift.....couldn't complete the six sets of 10 reps at the lower percentage (damn just read it should've been five sets instead of six)......gonna have to :whoa: on biking on leg days or at least bike a bit slower.......

What’s a good vegetable to make with sweet potato and top sirloin? I default to broccolini but I’m tired of it atm

Not the “Lit AF” version?

Still acceptable but the AF version looked "meh" to me. :yeshrug:


The LIT AF version has:
  • an extra 50mg of caffeine
  • 1g of taurine
  • an extra 0.5g of creatine
  • and 5 extra grams of citrulline
but costs about 85% more per scoop.

The only thing that is underdosed on the LIT is the citrulline (by at least 3g). I can't even feel 1g of taurine; I'm already supplementing 5g of monohydrate so another 0.5g is nothing.


I like the Litty, word to Torey Lanez, because it's nice and smooth. I noticed the Pre-Jym fell off a cliff where as the Lit has you coast on down. Pre-Jym is also overpriced for what it gives you.



I don't mind forking over more cash for a better #Powda! but LIT AF is not that. :hubie:


If you want to field test the AF version and report back, I'd appreciate the insight. :ehh:

Im back baybeeeeeee! I only actually had to wait 10 days I think tomorrow makes it 12 days, latest PCR test came back negative :whew:

Annoyingly Covid moved out and the flu moved in, so hoping I can hit the gym again like wednesday :ooh:

Hopefully no long term effects but I ran through a little bodyweight circuit earlier without collapsing so :ld:
