Some weak and lazy fukk left the bench in the rack with the bar loaded - a 2.5 on each side with clips on.
Be too lazy to put your weights away after 'lifting' and wonder why you're weak AF, gym crehs.
probably burnt out from doing the setup alone:
- lifting a bench which is about 25-30lbs over to the rack
- pick up the 45lb bar (assuming they using the REAL bar)
- adjust the safety bars on the side
- can't forget loading those 2.5 pounders on each side cause they beastin.....
please tell me this was a broad cause no dude under the age of 15 should be benching just the bar....
Update: back to heavy leg days and now I can’t walk.Had to take a couple of weeks off due to an illness that had me on the shelf. Feel good now, went on my regular run this morning and my wind was normal. I just dread getting back into lifting after two weeks. I just know I’m gonna be extra sore.

Scroll up. I had an illness that knocked me out of working out for 2 weeks. I was just dreading the leg day because leg soreness is the worst if you take like a week off.Good. Other folks outchea hitting legs everyday and you putting shyt off for no good reason, won't even do them once.
I hope you get stuck on the toilet with a leg cramp and can't get up.
