Yes I'm taking up the squat rack and yes I'm gone be here a minute. I'm doing proper squats, full ROM overhead press and rows

Top of the knee pain while squatting

I put mine on before I even leave the crib. By the time I'm in the rack my joints are nice and warm and ready to go. :blessed:

I put mine on before I even leave the crib. By the time I'm in the rack my joints are nice and warm and ready to go. :blessed:

I kept only finding one when it was time to head out. I got one in the passenger seat of my vehicle so tomorrow should feel better

I did a 35 min warm up with light stretching and cardio :wub:

I have pairs just for squatting and pairs for my other barbell lifts. Usually go through a pair of Rehbands a year. :deadmanny:
