Im a pretty healthy eater so it's not a big deal. The tough part is upping my calories while only eating clean, my grocery bill is getting crazy high. I don't want to look small like most endurance runners. Running a marathon has always been on my bucket list and I've dropped 50 pounds of fat so far to make the goal happen but I don't want to lose much more weightt. You know you can't lose weight to fast around black people
