Been adding in the leg extension/curl machines lately and am reminded why I don’t use them. End up with more calf and hamstring cramps than muscle under tension

that sounds unnecessaryCurrently training for a marathon and can only train legs one day a week . I thought I was Superman last week and ran 5 miles after working legs. I could barely walk up the stairs in my house the next day. Doing all that running and keep a decent physique is not easy.
