Good looking.. Yea I ain't got no need to be cutting right now....I'm at I think 17%BF....I wanted to get to 15%, but fukk that..........13 week challenge, widowmakers, joker sets.....those could all be put on ice right now.....lemme get some simple BBB for two leaders and then a FSL as an anchor under the belt and repeat it then would could get creative. Just looking at the numbers I'm supposed to be pushing in the workout weeks all look doable for me at this point..

It's gonna be weird not doing full body part days...I've been so conditioned to that..been so used to leg day, chest day, back day, etc....gonna be fun.....

That's a nice attitude to have; I got bored quickly on both BBB and FSL (without Widows).

I would recommend swapping the BBB and Main lifts so you're at least doing both 2x a week.

(Jim used to program this as an alternative but it's kinda fallen out of favor. Allows you to practice the lift twice as much and makes the workouts less boring.)

Cant even front...im glad she is because I couldnt imagine wearing a mask while doing squats.

knocking out 30 mins of racquetball
Took BUCKAF BAMF preworkout since I ain’t pack a preworkout
Hit a 2021 PR on OHP
Tossed push day to the bushes in favor of upper body
Bout to start deadlifting 70percent of one rep max

Ended up going with the 24 hour Fitness. $47 a month aint that bad and its a 10 min walk from my apt.

Got a nice discount to get it down to $47 but the size of the gym is still a bother. Bigger than the Fitness 19 that was $10 a month but only had 1 DL and Squat station :mjlol:

But this new gym you gotta wear a mask at all times. Even when lifting :hhh:regardless of vaxx status even though this county has close to 90% of all adults fully vaxxed :mindblown:

Can someone tell me the best way to approach losing belly fat? Had been building muscle from a program that suggested body recompositioning. Aka eating less while lifting heavy to allow me to lose fat and build muscle, cool. All was well until we entered another Lockdown - lost acess to gym. As I wouldn't be working out as much, I decided to strave myself to drop body fat percentage. Been eating around 1200 calories - sourced from foods rich in fats (40) and carbs (40) and little protein (20). However, there's been no change, the scale has dropped but the gut is there. Am getting desperate at this stage and considering doing 1000 calories and less. And doing 30-45 minute HIIT home workouts 5 days a week. Ive got a good frame just that I cannot seem to eradicate bellyfat. fukked up yesterday and ended up eating 3330 calories so Im not going to eat today. However, I know this is unsustainable so I am desperate for some tips.

You can’t spot reduce first and foremost

Second you always keep protein at body weight during a cut to help with muscle preservation and satiation. For the most part you can’t gain fat from protein consumption.

Body recomps are largely a waste of time for casual lifters.

I don’t know enough to say what your macros should be but start with .80 - 1 grams of protein to body weight and figure it out from there.

Stop starving yourself. For what you want to likely achieve it’s not going to work.
