Haven’t been updating like I usually do but this PPL routine killing me
just woke up from a long post workout nap
ended up at two hours in the gym with about 45 mins going to cardio throughout the session
hit my front squat pr no problem
feels like just yesterday was my push day (it was Wednesday) and it’s already tomorrow morning
