Like to finish every workout if I can with a 20 minute speed walk.

That’s dope breh. Yea I’m walking about 80 mins for my round trip commute (biking is about 25-30 mins round trip). Weather is mild so you don’t overheat lol.

Essentially going back to how things were back in college when I was walking 60-80 mins a day just moving around campus.

I’m actually thinking about cutting lifting to 45-60 and getting a walk in before or after.

I ended up not donating. I initially elected to donate platelets which would be a two hour donation process, but decided against it since I’ve been cutting for like two months. Last donation was during a bulking phase and it still left me sleeping 13 hours for a weekend so today might of gone bad.




At the gym, bout to redo this leg day to make up for it :mjlit:
