I don’t even know what y’all are arguing about at this point. If you don’t/can’t lift in a gym because of Covid-19 then who cares what anyone thinks about it. Conversely suggesting it to the OP in the other thread as an alternative to “formal” lifting as a way to bulk is misleading.Maybe y'all got low numbers where you ain't sucking in that much covid in your gym so your viral load stays low.
