Does anyone have a peloton bike? I’m thinking of getting one fir the living room my cardio has went to shyt.

Did you end up getting it? I just got one and I like it so far. The bike is at its lowest price right now, but the subscription plan is still the same.

Something quick and easy....in about 3 hours:

50 Chin-ups......5 sets of 10 w/2 minutes rest

All consecutive reps:

25 Bench Press
25 Dumbbell Press
25 Dumbbell Curls
25 Rows
25 Tricep Extensions
50 Lat Pulldowns
25 Bar Curls
50 Bicycle Maneuvers
25 Crunches W/Plate
25 Russian Twists
25 V-Ups
25 In & Outs

how is it WOAT? its the day i target the muscles that need more reps and i can do a lot of exercises since they don't really recruit one another

and i haven't been doing BB squats the past two months :sadcam: will be doing some saturday, gotta see where i'm at these days

How is it the WOAT? Because training legs isn't fun. Not saying folks shouldn't but if you leave the gym after a leg day and think "that was fun" you prolly didn't go hard in the first place.

No sense in having the fun of arm day tainted by quads/glutes/hams/calves. :scust:

I dunno if id call it fun but i fukking love training my legs, that full body feeling like you died is the goat imo

Cut my hand up damn near to the white meat was so pissed said fukk it im goin to the gym and just PRd on the deadlift :obama:
