I dunno if id call it fun but i fukking love training my legs, that full body feeling like you died is the goat imo

Cut my hand up damn near to the white meat was so pissed said fukk it im goin to the gym and just PRd on the deadlift :obama:

I guess it depends on what you like and how you train. I train legs 3x a week minimum so that might contribute to the scust.

I low-bar squatted for 62 minutes, finished up the fully-body Sage Mode an hour and a half later, then ran a mile. :dead:

Yes. Just cause you hit something often doesn't mean you like it. :whoa:
(Ask these dudes fukking fat bytches that aren't BBWset. :mjlol:)

Ofc only squatting for that log. The first exercise of fully-body Sage Mode is always a back or front squat and it's usually 50 minutes minimum (can take up to like 95 or 100 munutes during PR runs), just squatting and resting. No supersets, no stretching, nothing. :what:

And the stronger I get during it the longer the squat sessions become. :bryan:

Today was 13 singles pyramiding up and then back down by 25. Didn't even break 80% max. :deadmanny:

@The Butcher

How long was it before you actually started switching up your programs/workouts?

When you get bored/feel like you plateau'd? Or do they normally run its own course like 6 months or whatever and then you switch it up?

I stuck with the same newb program the first 9-ish months when I stated lifting, only making slight modifications (sparingly adding accessories, changing the frequency to EOD/4x weekly, etc) once I was hitting early intermediate numbers.

Now that I have an even greater understanding of how to manipulate training variables I usually stick to a given routine for 10-13 week blocks. At the end of the block I select a new focus and switch to a program better suited for that, then rinse and repeat.

I do not recommend beginners or even intermediates I know in real life try doing this. Better to travel on the beaten path for as long as you can before blazing your own trail IMO.

I redline my CNS and muscles too much to run any routine for 6 months straight. :picard:
