Can brehs recommend a good 3 day programme

But for real, the only 3 day programs I know are all full body squat/push/pulls.

I've read :mjlol: stories of folks tryna do upper/lower and PPL at that frequency and came to the conclusion that they might as well not even bothered.

Not really bad but you're not going to reach any aesthetic goals only lifting 3 days a week.
Im in there 3 hours everytime though :damn: and pack size, my problem is I dont get cut up, I end up like James Toney at Light Heavyweight. My saving grace is im 6ft. But regardless recommend one if you have it to really get cut, would be much appreciated

I went from :sicklyfrail: to :brawnybeast: and had opp hoes commenting on the physique only lifting 3/3.5 days a week and eating at a godly surplus.:yeshrug:


Still not a fan of 3 or 4 day splits though. :camby:

Just because you're in there 3 hours doesn't mean you're putting in work. :yeshrug:

Issa skinny cac that averages longer sessions than me at my little gym and he's skinny lean but on some DYEL status. :mjtf:
