Not really. I still be squatting and I do it in style.

But for real, the only 3 day programs I know are all full body squat/push/pulls.
I've read stories of folks tryna do upper/lower and PPL at that frequency and came to the conclusion that they might as well not even bothered.

Im in there 3 hours everytime though and pack size, my problem is I dont get cut up, I end up like James Toney at Light Heavyweight. My saving grace is im 6ft. Lol but like I keep saying you're not like most people.
I went from :sicklyfrail: to :brawnybeast: and had opp hoes commenting on the physique only lifting 3/3.5 days a week and eating at a godly surplus.
Still not a fan of 3 or 4 day splits though.
