Returning to pre-quarantine strength and eventually moving on to heavier weights at low to moderate reps.

I've always found lower reps are best for developing strength at lower reps. :manny:

I personally think you'd get there faster working heavier in the 1-5 range, but that's just my 0.02. :yeshrug:

Anyway 2+ hour ab workout followed by windshield wipers, finished it up with another hour of shoulder work. Plus the 175 military press i failed last week i hit 180 this week :birdman:

I tried to do some calf work on the leg press i almost pulled my ab muscles tryna standup :damn:

I had to slide up out that chair like a old ass man :mjlol: im still sittin in a gym chair cuz i dont even the strength to walk to my car :mjcry:

Edit: gettin stronger plus im still sittin at 154 even tho im still on that @portcityplaya diet :banderas:

Went to clean these kettlebells but clearly pulled from my back and SNAP! fukk. Feels like if I can find the right stretch it’ll loosen up, but I iight just take a muscle relaxer and call it a night

you need to stretch more sweetheart lol...i know what happens to me if i dont :francis:

what a day of cardio..why i put myself through it..then i remember yesterday while i was at a theater for the candyman screening...shyt had stadium seating...mad ppl younger than me walking up the stairs laboring like crazy..breathing loud and shyt :gucci:...couldn't be me...cant be me lol

So it was actually a glute muscle. I iced it a few times thru the night and this morning, feels better but definitely gotta take a couple days off. Gonna hit the tread around noon since that’s about all I can do with a broken butt lol
