Went to clean these kettlebells but clearly pulled from my back and SNAP! fukk. Feels like if I can find the right stretch it’ll loosen up, but I iight just take a muscle relaxer and call it a night
I'm gonna probably take the j and j vaccine tomorrow..

So it was actually a glute muscle. I iced it a few times thru the night and this morning, feels better but definitely gotta take a couple days off. Gonna hit the tread around noon since that’s about all I can do with a broken butt lolFirst moment
