Lol but like I keep saying you're not like most people.

Watchu mean? My genetics are all average: skinny parents; skinny family; nobody's very tall (2 like 6'2-3" uncles).

Only thing that stands out to me is the metabolism: other folks say the word ____ and blow up, I eat like shyt and have to take mass gainer or I'll start losing weight. :mjcry: (I've been told it's not a tapeworm. :wow:)

The kid just finished his pre-workout McDonald's lunch. :ahh:

The way you can workout and the numbers you are putting up are above average. The average person cannot eat the things you eat and not blow up.

Strength (in the weight room) is a skill. I wouldn't tack the numbers up to genetics.

The metabolism is definitely top-tier. :whoo:

Honestly its not ideal but i just try to get 200g protein/2500kcal which ever way, eating clean be damnded.
honestly i do to the point mans panting at the end
So let me ask you this, if you don't think it's ideal and you say you put in work in the gym, don't you think maybe you should fix your diet?

You misunderstood me. Just because you're panting at the end (:dame:) doesn't mean you're putting in work that will make you "aesthetic". For example: I'm only out of breath when doing cardio or squatting with a mask on. Heavy lifting shouldn't have you panting like that. :ld:

2500 calories seems low for someone lifting heavy 3 days a week, but I might be tripping. :yeshrug:

I don't see any portion sizes listed. Are you sure you are getting as many calories as you think? Those chicken breast most be huge if you're getting 200 grams of protein.

I mean they atleast average 230g together when i weigh them, the stir fry by itself is about 700kcal + the rice adds a further 350kcal. Every slice of bread is 121kcal x 4. The shake is mixed with a banana and peanut butter so easily 400kcal. Like i said i pack size but definition is whats lacking
