Think I’ll be a partime #powdaboyz

Friday n Saturday only that shyt still fukking my sleep up :mjcry:

Side note I been doing a vegan diet the last few weeks

This past week the only one where I have been tired

I been taking B12 as I read that helps maintain energy. I slacked this week so I’m thinking that’s why

Currently at 218lb. Last year March was at 245lb…the lowest I’ve been since then is 210lb

Trying to hit 225-230lb

Currently at 4100 cals a day . Hard af to increase that :mjcry:

I read cutting meat is overall more healthy. Especially if I want to be more on the lean side

:patrice:

Not saying you should be eating red meat everyday but lean turkey, beef, and chicken can't get you lean? Chicken and broccoli is extinct? No healthy omegas from fish?

#deadsarentforhypertrophy

Suffer Saturday had me breaking the rules today my breh :wow:

5 round for time
800m run
15 back squat
20 deadlifts

20# vest for the runs
Squats and deads @ bw (225#)

Started w the bar off the rack each round for the squats. Then threw in a btn split jerk after the last rep of squats each round before dropping the bar for deads. Then a hang squat clean after the last rep of deads each round before re racking the bar to complete each round.

Even though I primarily use deads (especially heavier weight) as a low rep power movement, I find wods like these help me w grip work and technique when I’m pre exhausted before each set. Really forcing me to pay close attention to tempo, form and controlled negatives on each rep has helped me w my heavier sets on power days. :yeshrug:

Even at 8am this morning the real feel was at 95 degrees w over 70% humidity. It was brutal, especially the last 2 runs :mjcry:

Earned those drinks by the pool after though.
