We are talking about this rn over on NT: some of the dudes in the thread seem to think PWO is for the unmotivated (:mjlol:) or that it's the same as a cup of coffee (:comeon:it's not). Some dudes are actually anti-#POWDA for no reason at all it seems. :scust:


No fish oil or joint support? No breatine? No weight gainer (I'll automatically drop weight when I'm off it :mjcry:)? Water in the gym? :hhh:

I saw big gains from doing supplements before COVID, so def not anti powda. I just lost most of it during the gym shutdowns and not being able to lift heavy. I’m one of those skinny dudes who burns calories just by blinking, but since gym re-opens and eating like a pig I’ve put on 7 lbs in the last month so just trying to not rely on the mass gainer. Def about to get my pre workout on since I’m seeing gains this go round/the last 3 months. I’m only 150 (hard for me to put on weight, hence doing 4000 calories a day) but benching 235 for a one max rep currently. Trying to catch up with y’all big dawgs.
