Are you saying I should cut back significantly on lifting the heavier items since I’m already lifting decently heavy items on the backend of the day

I’m saying that trying to aggressively cut on 1,700 cals with two hours of lifting and 8 miles makes absolutely zero sense

Diet the only thing holding me back

I’m having trouble with my cut and my caloric burn per day can be exponentially more than the day before. Understanding and following through with a recomp currently escapes my grasps

No shame in admitting a weakness in the game. Diet is my weakness too as seen in my pics: usually undershooting cals and protein and not eating as many vegetables as I should. :snoop:


Cardio is my other. :francis:
