I found out the hard way how important stretching is. My whole body is up tight and carrying a lot of tension from lack of stretching and going hard in the gym. :mjcry:
Out of habit of playing sports I spend about 10 minutes after every workout stretching. I could only imagine how bad my mobility would be if I didn't, especially since I work a desk job.

Started off today’s session with 15 mins of intense racquetball

I warned you before that #Powda® miscegenation would not be tolerated. It is an abomination to blend different #Powdas together. Different #Powdas must be kept separate and unequal. :mjpls: You need to go beyond and wanna be plus ultra, you better start buffing up them scoops or adding in extra stims. You better start taking them #Powdas one at a time or further sanctions will be imposed. :ufdup:

My next training block is full-Full Body 6x a week minimum, not that b*stardized ish @dora_da_destroyer is doing. :hhh: That's easily three hours of weights a session, the fukk is two and a half to @The Butcher? :pachaha:

Start squatting 7-plus hours a week and maybe we can talk taking you off probation. :mjgrin:
