Only thing I wasn't able to keep up with him on was the push-ups. He did 250, I did 100.
Everything else I stayed with him. Pushed myself to the brink tho. Had never went this hard before.

That and make sure the reps are clean and controlled . If they are rapid fire with hardly any ROM and you aren’t driving back through your elbows then you need not add weight @IsThatBrothaMouzone?I'd probably start doing weighted dips once sets of 10-12 become status.
Make sure your form is forreal though. So many horror stories of dips gone wrong outchea.

That's pretty good for a Sunday if I'm working Monday. Back during GoT or during football season it's not uncommon for me to clock less than 3.
Today is the ten year anniversary of when I first started regularly going to the gym (8/2/2011-8/2/2021).
Never thought I would have stuck with it this long. Figured I would have burned out after a few months.
