If you were squatting 7+ hours a week you could actually eat on a surplus and do a body recomposition, getting leaner and stronger and bigger at the same time. :ufdup:

My days been looking like this

Around 730 - light breakfast

9am - 1 1/2 - Two hour workout leads to me being gassed (watch says it’s roughly 600-800 calories burnt in total)

Spend the rest of the day looking for the energy to complete the rest of my day which is about a 1000-1300 calorie burn and about 8 miles of walking

I be trying to avoid overeating post workout so I don’t feel sluggish
