That whole "deployments give you time to workout" argument is invalid; there's more work, not less, going on downrange, so how could I have more time to workout if they didn't add any extra hours to days? shyt only makes sense if you got kids or something that sucks up so much time you can't PT.

As far as letting the program ride out, :beli:. At 183 I could at least bench bodyweight; hell, within your first 4 months you'd be doing 155 for 5 reps on most LPs and that's if you started with the bar. :upsetfavre:

More reason why you need to hold off on using PEDs. You lack so much knowledge, you don't even realize it. You really should do more research than just watching some Youtube vids.
