I been on and off. I figure when I’m a full civilian I would hop on some sarms and hit the gym hard asf, I didn’t hit the gym for a month after we got back cuz I was paranoid we’d get called up again and mess with my progress again :mjlol:. Still might fw sarms next year or give it til I’m 25 as planned, saw a YouTube video of some 18 year old on a sarms cycle and if he took it and ended up ight then being 21 ain’t too bad:patrice:. Not really chasin lift #s either, wouldn’t mind using machines to build my physique either like the YouTube guys, not tryna have shyt joints by 30:russ:
Also please don't take what myself or anyone else is saying as just trying to shyt on you. We just want to see you succeed. No one is saying that you should never hop on PEDs, just saying that you have plenty of life ahead of you. There is no reason to rush into it.

Finally bit the bullet and decided to tackle my elevated TSH with thyroid. Yes, it's probably elevated from my recent fat loss. However, it's always hovered between 3.5-6 since I started tracking it ~6-7yrs ago. Who knows how long it's really been elevated, but if I'm to go by symptoms: much longer. I've experimented two other times years ago but couldn't tell a difference so eventually stopped for alternative methods. Looking back I don't think I was supporting it properly through diet, nor was I sensitive enough to recognize the slow subtle improvements. Also had an irrational concern of suppression back then.

Anyway, much has changed since then. It's been a week and all I can say is I'm never dieting without T3 again, let alone allowing a high TSH to rock for any length of time. It's that big of a difference.

That's not to say great thyroid function is necessary to get in crazy shape. Some of you have seen me ripped multiple times before. But man, talk about a return to normalcy. Wow.

Funny you bring up pizza. Had some last night. Normally I'd feel gross the next day but I woke up flat and no bloat. Digestion is as iron clad as it's ever been. :ahh:

And the best part of all is since I'm not the greatest I'll always stay with that hunger. :feedme:

Hop on PEDS without a dialed in diet, long term plan, hours sectioned off dedicated to working out /sleep and solid strength numbers brahs

But....but....but...but.....running a cycle will make up for all of that right there.........lookin' swole for 4 weeks and then a shot endocrine system for 8 months.......:mjlol:
