So my gym is picking up more and more members (thus the PAWG influx) and they let us vote on new equipment. A new rack came in first followed by a Jacob’s Ladder.

Got a separate email from the owner asking why we voted for another rack that would replace a current one. Had to tell him two ain’t enough when people do BS in them during peak times.

Jacobs ladder? You better tell that nikka to put in 2 more squat racks :birdman:

man i almost saw somebody snapped their legs on the leg press machine the other day...dude's shoes some how came off the press and slipped underneath and that shyt came crashing down...lucky the weight wasn't respectable so it didnt break any bones...shyt was crazy...me and another guy had to rush over and push it up so it can be put on lock


Man i saw a nikka doin leg presses and this guy was fully extending his leg mothafukkas knee was holdin on for dear life :mjcry:


And you 2 mothafukkin port city and butcher got me crying in the gym :mjlol: :mjlol:

Most folks training for hypertrophy aren't eating enough to realize that goal, regardless of exercise selection. Most of them same folks also seem to forget that skrenf and size are not completely independent.


How many folks you see talmbout chest day and be doing 6 different types of curls but can't rep 225 on bench or do 10 pull-ups? (@KingZimbabwe is one.)


Folks fooling themselves thinking they're gonna get huge lifting hoe weights. Not everyone wants to be a powerlifter, I know, but the heavier weight you can lift for more reps, the bigger you'll be in the long run.


Heavy and light barbell compounds can be great for size. SL and Reg Park's 5x5 won't put size on folks? GVT (10x10) isn't for size? :usure:


I honestly don't follow these IG fitness folks at all. Some just be talking for likes and to be controversial. Some are teyna push products or services. Some do it be innovative when we already know what works: intelligent program design; progressive overload; manipulating frequency, volume, and intensity; CICO, etc. :unimpressed:

I think to some degree you missed what he said. He’s not saying don’t lift for strength.
