Day off lined up nicely with my body’s needs. Muscles are tired, little soreness in my ankle and glutes, calves are tight. I need to stretch and foam roll before we head up to Baltimore
Pet peeve...I ordered a big tub of whey protein during prime day...nice little sale...it comes in and it's like I'm going treasure hunting trying to find the damn scooper in there
