Two plates and up, in the gyms I’m at, no one jumps in and goes with that. I’m doing warm up sets from 95-185 with maybe 30 second breaks which ain’t enough time for someone to be on the sidelines guesstimating my max and if it’s gonna be a hassle having to keep adding weight to the bar
Edit: and I never see anyone trying to work in on dead lifts nor OHP
