So what’s ur routine looking like in 3 hours
Squat/deadlift
3 warm up sets followed by the 3 working sets then repeat the first set 5x5. When its deadlift day ill also do 10 shrugs on the last rep of the 5x5 DL
Bench/OHP
Same thing 3 warm up 3 working sets then 5x5 w the weigh of the first working set
Incline DB Bench 5x10
Skullcrushers 5x10 (tho lately I switched it up and been doin 4x5 heavy dips and then 3x10 pulldown)
Incline db curls 5 sets (my biceps are a weak point so these I do dropsets. 6-8 reps then drop the weight and go til failiure, I think ima switch this one up next workout)
Superset 5 sets of pullups w 5 sets of facepulls
3x10 of some sort of rowing movement
If its squat day so I havent done shurgs yet I do 5x10 shrugs
5x10 reverse curls superset w 3x20 lying neck curls then 3x20 reverse neck curls and 5x10 wrist curls
I also try to do 3 sets of lateral raises and go to a shoulder machine If its not OHP day
Finish w 4x25 on the ab crunch machine
It looks like a lot just typing it out but this has literally been me gradually adding stuff throughout the months. You can obviously cut a lot of superflous stuff like the neck/forearm training or the extra lat training
