Can you get gains with a 3 day workout
Ever since I got back into lifting I been running full body 3x a week. Have a base 5/3/1 template and have just kept adding excercises. Now I basically do the 5/3/1 sets (squats/bench 2x a week and DL/OHP 1x) and then hit almost every single muscle group on 5x10. Im in the gym 3 to 3 and a half hours. Some people might say its too much but Ive seen some crazy gains on this, just make sure you got extra hard each workout since youre only going 3 times a week.
It might not work for everyone but for me its been amazing.
