I keep this one on deck. Always opens my lower back up when I’m doneDoubtful if I’ll be able to squat today. Still some slight “feelings” on the lower back. Probably chest, shoulders and abs. And even for the abs I’ll probably keep it to planks.
Not gonna do anything that requires jerking the spine (leg raises, plate twists, sit-ups etc)
