Need to make my workouts more intensive, I be slacking off too much at times distracted by my phone between sets.
Also need to track my calories and get a rough estimate of what I consume a day.
Been back just over a month making progress but not where I wanna be.
Was stalling on bench early on but made grip bit wider and had no pain in my elbows.
Think what I need to do is have more confidence in getting additional reps out I play it too safe at times due to no spotter and also focus on mind-muscle contraction and stretch my chest out on reps.
Chest has always lagged visually due to issues with pain and form, but think I've finally mastered it.

Need to shift this gut, hate it especially after I eat I be looking bloated.
Next week throwing in some Cardio 1-2x a week to help and for general fitness too.
What do ya'll do for Cardio? Im thinking some HIIT.
Dont enjoy the treadmill or bikes in the gym
