Need to make my workouts more intensive, I be slacking off too much at times distracted by my phone between sets.

I was the same until one day I forgot my phone at the crib. My workout was 10x better without the usual “check my phone” during rest periods that can last 5 minutes without even noticing.

Never brought my phone back to the gym since.

i'm ready to hit the gym, added a bunch of music by all these ignorant, non rapping lil brehs and brehettes to my gym playlist, let's see if they're at least decent for that.

I miss the mixtape era.

Finding ignorant gym bangers was automatic back then.

New Gucci? Add the whole mixtape.
Wayne? Add the whole mixtape.
Future? Add the whole mixtape.
Waka? Add the whole mixtape and keep it on repeat. :whew:

Gotta sift through too much trash now. I like Duke Deuce but QC trynna expand his audience and watered down the griminess.

Next competition should be in 18 weeks (unless it gets cancelled).
This is the last week of PPL. I'll run my Upper/Lower x 3 for 9 weeks on a surplus. :eat:
Will squat and press every day for 10 & ½ weeks, take a day or two off, then roll right into it, no taper this time. :usure:
I might also have two or three gym meets in between now and then. :picard:
