Dumb old broad at the gym gonna take a leg machine cause I got up to use my phone. I put my phone down to do mynexy set, look up and this broad is cleaning the machine and about to sit down.

I head over like I'm still on this but you can work in.

i'm ready to hit the gym, added a bunch of music by all these ignorant, non rapping lil brehs and brehettes to my gym playlist, let's see if they're at least decent for that.

Yeah, your shyt might be too high or your cals (especially carbs) are too low.


On any given week you should prolly be able to hit your 1+ set (95% TM) for 3-5 clean reps, no grinders. On nSuns, a b*stardized version of Wendler's Spinal Tap variations - where you do the 5's, 3's, and 5/3/1 week all in the same workout - most folks don't even up the TM for the next week unless they hit the 1+ for at least 3 clean ones.


I'm on 5's week Monday-Wednesday and did 8 on my 5+ set for OHP and hit 3 singles ranging from 95%-115% on both bench and overhead. :yeshrug:

I am so far :yeshrug:. Like today on my AMRAP set I hit 8(7 was borderline grinder, last one def was grinder cause I was stuck in the whole for a few seconds :mjlit:) Maybe 2 more left in the tank.

Regardless tho I was thinking of doing 80-85% of 1RM after this last cycle (at 90% rn) in the name of consistent progress. :leostare:

TM isn't always 90%, Young Grasshopper. I can see one of us hasn't read the last book. :ufdup:

TM should be dependent on which supplemental template and assistance protocols you're using. If I asked you which template you're running and you cannot answer with one created by Jim, then that may very likely be why you're having these issues.

most def My dumb ass went to heavy on good mornings two and a half weeks ago and my lower back is still fukked smh.

Lesson learned.

Bro, I went about 20lbs over my regular DL weight. Going up I felt the weight was breaking my form, dropped the bar with the quickness. Aint got time for lower back injuries.

Lowkey that scare kinda tempered my back day today.

Elliptical , abs , rowing and treadmill.


Rowing is wild man might have to throw that shyt in couple times a week I really like it .
