Ok, goal was 10 exercises per workout, looking for feedback on if this is a good mix. I like working arms, wondering if I pull something out and add a second biceps iso move

Workout A
Compounds: squat, shoulder press, underhand narrow rows
Iso: chest fly, abductor band walk, side lunge, tricep pushdown, curls, side/front raise, lat pulldown

Workout B
Compounds: dead, bench, inverted row
Iso: leg press, dips, hammer curl, push ups, rear delt row, hamstring curls, step ups

Scraped my head coming under the bar all the time.

Good thing I only lift in hats so my bill caught the blow. :whew:
I’ve scrapped my forehead plenty of times getting under the bar.

I hit that pin and went down like 3/4 until I realized that’s not the way it works and had to grind out a rep to get it back up.

Ive been doing this pretty much besides actually going to the gym and i went from barely seeing a 4 pack to clearly feeling my 8 pack in like 3 to 4 months

Set up wrong on squats, hit the pin coming up and watch your life pass before your eyes brehs :francis:

Started smoking a blunt before hitting the gym up with my boy and it’s been a game changer

that mind/body connection be having your boy locked in on another level :wow:


In 8 months i have never not gone to the gym blasted :mjlol:

How long do y’all stay on a particular plan ?

Im doing a hypertrophy plan right now . Takes up to 6 days a week .

Don’t know how one I’ll stay on it . I love it I’ve done it before got me really strong . I’ll probably go to full body again but don’t know when I should make that jump .

As long as I feel like I'm enjoying it and making progress. Sometimes I do 8 weeks, deload and do another 8 weeks. Sometimes 12 weeks. It just depends.

This is one of my fav plans I love it .


I did enjoy full body so I’ll switch it up after my vacation then come back for this .

6-7 weeks, active rest week, new program or routine week 7/8
