Though white rice has more carbs, quinoa got a better nutritional profile. Against brown rice, it has less fiber though

“Better” is debatable. More protein and fiber but are you depending on that to hit both those macros........... (Edit Fiber is not a macro)

Less carbs so not as a good fuel source in that regard.

Like everything depends on the goal

It's already end of April and this ankle isn't ready to get back on the pitch. I can walk just fine and do light activities but I'm hesitant to get back to running, jogging etc.

I've done ice, rest and prescription grade anti-inflammatory meds. Still some residual swelling which won't go down.

Seems like its time to go the nuclear option and get a boot :yeshrug:

No way I'm gonna miss this summer's soccer season, especially since this is my last summer in DC :manny:

I keep it to 30-45 seconds rest at most, don’t talk to anyone or mess around on my phone and workout in a basically empty gym

Yeah, when the weights get heavy best believe I'm resting 2-4 minutes a set with up to 5 on my last single. :mjgrin:
