What’s wild is I didn’t even really do any super cuts with my carbs this time. I’m down like 15 lbs since 3/1. I didn’t really eat enough last night tho. Probably like 1700 cal. I like to do 1900 and 2200. I’ll probably get somewhere around 2600 on Fridays with my cheat meal

Seems we're on the same timeline. Same calorie range too. :heh:

I've been hovering around 200g carb this cut.

If you wfh, try running 2-a-days. Do your cardio in the morning and lift in the evening or vice versa.

I like the morning cardio to get me through the day then lift at night so I sleep like a child.

Rinse and repeat :ahh:

Used to work with a pro. In-season she was :shaq: but filled-out in the offseason she was :noah:.
Yea they don’t understand this still lol .


She’s very beautiful and a lot softer during the off season.

Lol I do somewhere between 50 min to an hour lifting in the morning. 45 minutes cardio in the afternoon (M,W &F 20 min elliptical hiit, 5 min jump rope, 20 min treadmill walk at an incline... T & Th 45 min treadmill walk max incline)

tried out this new spot - madabolic - needed something to force myself into more of a HIIT routine. i liked it. think i'm going to do this 3-4 days/week and then 2 full body days. i need some good full body templates - combo of compound and isolation.

edit: guess i can make my own...but i'm lazy :hmm:

So yesterday was cardio day .


I was doing battle rope and using one of those heavy balls you slam .


Chile I thought the ball was heavy that shyt smack the fukk out my chin on the way up from squatting .

I played it off and walked outside with my mouth bleeding :mjlol:.


No one was around I swished water in my mouth and finished my glut work outside :russ:.
