And yes, small amounts of breatine are produced naturally in the body, but not a large enough amount to be as effective as actual supplementation though. :ufdup:

We’ve been open so long that it’s changed like seasons. First few months it’s was really the same group that mainly worked with the PTs and a few others. Started to pick-up after NY, a lot of newer faces. Now that the weather is getting better it’s a lot of new faces doing whole isolation routines, I’ve never seen so many variations on tricep push downs in my life. Ain’t complaining because it’s freed up the racks and platforms.

I take short breaks and stuff, but I try to push it as much as possible..

It's a cardio cheat code if your not in the mood to run...

Sometimes I mix it with push ups and squats
