Any preworkout recommendations? I don’t want anything that’s TOO extreme on the caffeine side.

If I was you Broham, I'd start off with either regular C4 or Pre-Kaged Sport. (C4 has like 150mg, and PKS is almost 190.) :ehh:

These are weak/mild on the caffeine. :unimpressed: They will get you in the gym but won't turn you into The Hulk.

Once (if) you graduate and get your #POWDABOY® certification, we can talk about stronger packs.:shaq:

Lost about 40lbs

I’ve toned up every where & down to 34 on the waist from 38 but still got a slight hangover . Fml :francis:

I’ve increased cardio stairs 30min HIT before workout & 30 min treadmill after .

Idk what more I can do . About to say fukk it & get on my @All-Black the Necroverse @portcityplaya toilet destroyer wave

I might be heavy on the toilet seat but I'm light on the scale. :jawalrus:
