3 days since i been in the gym but leg day was fukking glorious me and that rack got acquainted for a good 2 hours

Telling you now:I started hitting new PRs
Now I can barely bench 155 without my wrist feeling terrible & my forearm muscles feeling like they gonna tear off the bone when I do farmers walks
I’m in the gym at this very moment using the various machines
So you saying I should make little slits in my forearm and douse it in preworkoutTelling you now:
Give it complete rest for a week
Or Go to a Dr (the best move)
Or Start modifying movements and programming to not aggravate it.
I held off on getting tennis elbow treated and it was just wasted time
Any preworkout recommendations? I don’t want anything that’s TOO extreme on the caffeine side.

I’ve toned up every where & down to 34 on the waist from 38 but still got a slight hangover . Fml
I’ve increased cardio stairs 30min HIT before workout & 30 min treadmill after .
