Bout to renew my membership after a year of no weights. I’ll just go at night when it’s completely dead and I’ll have the whole gym to myself.

passed by the gym I go to few times to see how people behave. Looks like everyone complies with the rules. Even when I saw 1 person in there. He still had his mask on.

Bruh, I think I got triceps tendinitis in the elbow connection. fukking sucks, just as I was enjoying lifting
:francis: I started hitting new PRs


Now I can barely bench 155 without my wrist feeling terrible & my forearm muscles feeling like they gonna tear off the bone when I do farmers walks



I’m in the gym at this very moment using the various machines :francis:

:francis: I started hitting new PRs


Now I can barely bench 155 without my wrist feeling terrible & my forearm muscles feeling like they gonna tear off the bone when I do farmers walks



I’m in the gym at this very moment using the various machines :francis:
Telling you now:

Give it complete rest for a week

Or Go to a Dr (the best move)

Or Start modifying movements and programming to not aggravate it.

I held off on getting tennis elbow treated and it was just wasted time

Any preworkout recommendations? I don’t want anything that’s TOO extreme on the caffeine side.

Oatmeal with banana

Whole wheat toast with natural peanut butter

brown rice with chicken breast

sweet potatoe, broccoli and chicken

down that shyt with creatine with water.

Lost about 40lbs

I’ve toned up every where & down to 34 on the waist from 38 but still got a slight hangover . Fml :francis:

I’ve increased cardio stairs 30min HIT before workout & 30 min treadmill after .

Idk what more I can do . About to say fukk it & get on my @All-Black the Necroverse @portcityplaya toilet destroyer wave

Jump rope has been a game changer

Yogurt/salad/smoothies

That's basically my diet
