Cliffs: Get a little food scale
- Caffeine – 2-300 mg; I'd buy pills and crush em, that caffeine powder hits your dookie different
- Beta Alanine – 3-4 grams
- L-citrulline – 6-8 grams
- MiO Flavor Drops – 1 squeeze
- Or whatever your preferred flavoring agent is. Kool Aid powder, Gatorade powder, flavor drops, etc. all work fine.
- I'd experimented adding other things like Betaine, Creatine monohydrate, etc.
It won't taste great but it will work, prolly have you crash less than store-bought Pre's, and you won't have as many (if any) side effects.
It'll also cost you more time but save you money. If I lift 6x week on average, I'd save at least $165 or so a year doing this all the time.
