I'm good.

FWs use an enormous amount of muscles (and thus chakra).

Rather just be :flabbynsick: by one dude's standards.

There is no way you can’t do that with a trap bar. I can do my weight for 45 seconds no question. That’s easy work for you.

Oh, I never said I couldn't do it, just that it seems excessive as a measure of fitness.
So @Gully Bull only needs to tote two 75 lb DBs around? Big bro @You know damn well needs to carry two 130s? :patrice:

I’d be doing them with 90s :mjlit:

but alas my issue is my grip as I normally do farmers walks with 45plates for two mins on my first set before my grip gives out and each set is then hampered by lessening grip strength

I like a lot of his technique but his body is :patrice:.

Diff'rent strokes for diff'rent folks, I guess. :ld:

I wouldn't take strength training advice from dude, but maybe his knowledge in other areas would be useful to me? :ehh:

I’ll take thoughtful advice from anyone if it’s based on sound principle. His articles have always been on point to me.

As far as physique he’s not a competitor and you can see a lot of his current focus is about creating a foundation to train for longevity. I see people in my gym who have decent builds but have poor form or they are weak. Just depends on what you are looking for.

Of course. :ehh:

I specifically call breh's advice on strength and hypertrophy out. Perhaps breh has other tips/info on things like mobility, recovery, conditioning, etc. that would be useful for me. :lupe: Perhaps not. Not every fitness cat is gonna be applicable to everyone. Some will be spitting below my level and some will be spitting way above it. :damn:

Dude's physique is secondary to me: there are better ones and there are worse ones, but physique can be influenced by so many things that we can't/won't see that I tend to not place them in very high regard, especially when seen only over social and not in-person.
:yeshrug:

As far as cats in the gym go, don't even get me started. :scust: Not even sure why 80%+ of gym goers even bother showing up. Despicable vermin. :mjlol: Have bad form. Be weak as fukk. Look like shyt. Instead of picking a, b, or c, they choose d, all of the above. :picard: :dead:
