I was a skinny fat nikka who couldnt see his abs 6 months ago, now my abs look like they could stop a bullet :wow: hell I remember i could barely bench 135 x 6 when i started :picard: now i can hit 2 wheels 3 to 5 times

If you only gained 1 pound in 6 months as a skinny breh, I'd imagine you're not eating enough. :yeshrug:

My first 8 and a half months I put on over 30. :manny:

:flabbynsick: it's over lol. I can't no longer do those long workout sessions any more. I just need to do one body part. A week, kill it and mix in some cardio.
This is a surefire way to not make progress, unless you're taking AAS then by all means. :hubie:
