I happens occasionally just on circumstances but I like lifting too much to cut cals to the point I can’t consistently perform. I’m good on that going forward.Woke up at 7 this morning. I skipped breakfast (did a shake only) and my stomach was audibly growling by 10:30.
Muhfukkas here eating once a day (or less) like food is going outta fashion. Couldn't be me tho.![]()
We Nigerians/Africans like our rices and starches. Problem is living in the US that level of carb eating isn't sustainable, especially white carbs. Switching to quinoa has been a good call for me.

I mean we Nigerians (at least the men) do stay pretty active. Very active soccer playing culture (which is what I do). More active over there on the continent however.
Yea my ankle is still a little funny so no soccer at the moment.
