Big Gulps, refills, and cases at the bottom of the grocery cart are why people are dragging their fat asses around right now.

I know, but my skinny ass could use the bad calories.

If they start making them shyts with less additives and more natural sweeteners and it's over with. :wow:

Woke up at 7 this morning. I skipped breakfast (did a shake only) and my stomach was audibly growling by 10:30. :huhldup:

Muhfukkas here eating once a day (or less) like food is going outta fashion. Couldn't be me tho.

I happens occasionally just on circumstances but I like lifting too much to cut cals to the point I can’t consistently perform. I’m good on that going forward.

We Nigerians/Africans like our rices and starches. Problem is living in the US that level of carb eating isn't sustainable, especially white carbs. Switching to quinoa has been a good call for me.

I mean we Nigerians (at least the men) do stay pretty active. Very active soccer playing culture (which is what I do). More active over there on the continent however.

Yea my ankle is still a little funny so no soccer at the moment.

Yea I think I just need to wrap and compress my ankle. Most of the swelling went down with ice, rest and time. I think the last bit needs more pressure.

Summer 21 coming soon so I deff wanna get back in ball playing shape. Been a while since I've been able to play 4-5x a week. Gotta work my way back up there.

Fasted chest workout this morning
Still started with squats:obama: @All-Black the Necroverse
1 10x135 2 sets 10x225 315x5
Then chest
Cable flys bench dumbbell press incline
Was able to get 315 1 time with liftoff I told dude :damn:don't touch it I'm high on POWDA
Finished out with curls
Then headed to training my son got him some POWDA :myman: and he was putting in work:ooh:
Instructor had me do 100 kicks each leg then do catch wrestling transitions :whew:
