Bruh people gotta realize ohp is NOT a full body workout but you have to maintain balance
I disagree.

Heavy OHP sets have my quads damn near give out. Weak forearm muscles will have your wrist-elbow stack all fukked up. Imbalance in core/back strength will have you doing the Joey Crack lean back.

Strict OHP is definitely a full-body movement, especially when weight is approaching/exceeding your bodyweight IMO.
