I disagree. Brb using front/lateral/rear delts, upper back, lats, spinal erectors, glutes, upper pecs, triceps, abs/obliques, and various other muscles all at the same time.
Heavy OHP sets have my quads damn near give out. Weak forearm muscles will have your wrist-elbow stack all fukked up. Imbalance in core/back strength will have you doing the Joey Crack lean back.
Strict OHP is definitely a full-body movement, especially when weight is approaching/exceeding your bodyweight IMO.
