Now you got me thinking.I haven't done a full isolation workout in about 13 months before Quarantine
Marcy Upright Exercise Bike with...
if you looking for a lot of resistance this ain’t the bike
I got bad knees and use it for hiit cardio so I I don’t need resistance and keep it on level 1
Zacro Gel Bike Seat, Big Size...
you gonna need this too because the seat is hard as fukk
I’m 6 foot and don’t put the seat all the way up
I would think max height on this bike is like 6’2” maybe 6’4”
What are you currently eating? What type of low-calorie yet fulfilling foods do y’all eat?
Im trying to get this little tummy fat trimmed. I’m 6” 155#...so fairly lean. But I wanna get my abs flat like they were several years ago. I have maybe 3/8” tummy fat and I hate it.
Been exercising daily but I think my calorie intake is high (I have a sweet and salty tooth). Just copped an exercise bike to increase aerobic exercise. But I’m still hungry as fukk throughout the day. Thus even if I increase aerobic exercise my tummy fat will still be there if I’m eating like crazy.
So yeah, what are some good “filling” yet low cal foods? Potatoes? shyt, I don’t know.
Help!

Made my oatmeal juice with almond milk and Lakanto sweetener. Obviously not the same as the regular thing but it’s close enough! I didn’t strain the solids and added a good amount of vanilla and lime.
I’ve regressed so much. My hips are SO tight (wfh) and I spent 30 minutes just stretching them. My left glute is so weak. I tried to hip thrust 95 measly lbs and my shyt said immediately slid down the bench and just for a minute.
I don’t drink coffee/preworkout/caffeine but I’ve had no energy so I bought a bottle of caffeine pills and took one before my workout. I am never doing that shyt again.
These first two months are going to be rough.
Your whole post.
And you're not on POWDA.
Didn’t even mention how I lost my balance on the plyobox. My god just shaky and disgusting.
Never felt supplements were necessary for the look I was trying to achieve. I’ve done pretty well getting what I need via food . But now that I’m looking to lift significant weight , I don’t feel like I have a choice but to start looking into them.
Definitely not true. Lotta folks don't take shyt. The whole food vs supps thing people bring up is kinda confusing to me. Different supps have different purposes, so comparing them categorically to food seems off to me.
To be honest most supplements are trash and very few work well enough to where you can see/feel the difference.
The POWDA just happens to be on of them.
A lot of supplements are scientifically suspect at best. Most are not likely harmful in normal doses, but some can have adverse reactions to when combined with themselves, foods, or medications folks be taking.
If you can afford them, they have verified studies for efficacy and safety behind them, and when you take them they don't seem to have any unwanted side effects, knock yourself out.
But don't feel like you have to take anything. Hell, it's folks round here that don't even eat food.
