@September The last female I trained extensively made the mistake of leaning on the supplement stick too much. A total gym beginner (couldn't squat the bar for 5), she seemed to think supps were like a cheat code to help her reach her goals.

Suffice it to say, she didn't last very long and did not make much noticeable progress (her lifts did go up a little).

Supps won't make you show up when you'd rather do other things. Supps won't make you eat enough food so you don't nearly pass out in your session. Supplements won't stop you from staying up drinking when you should be getting some sleep.

But it's coli cats that claim supps don't work at all or that they make everything in the gym easier, and that if you stop taking then you will deflate like a balloon. :skip:

Cardio and abs was a bytch today..I paid for my gluttony on Super Bowl Sunday. The air fried wings I made were banging though. :wow:

My air fried wings be coming out subpar af. What do you do to yours? I season mine, put it in seasoned flour, put it in the pan, lightly coat them with pam olive, then air fry them, iforget for how many minutes, but half way through i flip them, coat the back side, and let them finish. shyt turn out nasty

I season mine, put it in seasoned flour, put it in the pan, lightly coat them with pam olive, then air fry them, iforget for how many minutes, but half way through i flip them, coat the back side, and let them finish. shyt turn out nasty

marinate them in olive oil for a couple hours or so
mix the seasonings i want, flour, and baking powder together. baking powder gives it its crunch
coat each wing in it
spray no stick cooking spray in the air fryer basket..i can put about 20 wings in mine
30 mins on 400, flipping over halfway with tongs

shyt i should have made a video to post lol...but my wings came out on point

Yup. A small amount Baking powder is the trick to crispy wings. 400 for 25 mins. No need to use flour. Pat them dry before applying the oil too. The water makes them soggy. coat my wings in no more than a tbsp of avocado or olive oil. Use your hands to massage the oil into the wings without having to use excess fat.

Slowing? I wouldn't know anything about that.

When I stopped lifting normally for 3 weeks and stopped taking mass gainer while eating even more junk food I lost 16 pounds last year. I'll be fine. :jawalrus:.


You might be screwed. :sadcam:
