@September The last female I trained extensively made the mistake of leaning on the supplement stick too much. A total gym beginner (couldn't squat the bar for 5), she seemed to think supps were like a cheat code to help her reach her goals.
Suffice it to say, she didn't last very long and did not make much noticeable progress (her lifts did go up a little).
Supps won't make you show up when you'd rather do other things. Supps won't make you eat enough food so you don't nearly pass out in your session. Supplements won't stop you from staying up drinking when you should be getting some sleep.
But it's coli cats that claim supps don't work at all or that they make everything in the gym easier, and that if you stop taking then you will deflate like a balloon.
