Ay I posted the video in a fitness discord server and got the following critique:
I saw your squat video and you should be careful. You have a very high bar position but your form is closer to low bar. You're putting the bar path farther forward than it should be and you're at risk of really hurting yourself. I dont mean to give unsolicited advice but 315 is weight you don't want to be risking


whatcha think as low bar doesn’t feel good on my shoulders and I have a wider stance due to how my hips are
