A fleeting childhood
Usually you can start the video and then hit play back on your music player to have it play while recording. (At least on Android. I don't take my iPhone in the gym. :yeshrug:)


Worst case scenario have somebody film it for you. You don't have an old iPod laying around? :wtf:


A 3 plate squat is required (along with a 2 plate bench and 4 plate dead) to attain full gym-bro status. :mjgrin:
No iPod, no friendly interactions with other gym patrons that would make me comfortable enough to ask em to record it on their phone and send it to me and I tried playing music after starting a video and it just ends the video:hubie:

I heard that you can record on Instagram while an iPhone plays music on the same device

Natty crew checking in.

Only ran 50 miles last year crew.

Don't do any other form of cardio crew checking in.

Over 30 gang checking in.

Only eating 3 meals a day has me losing weight crew.

Have to eat bullshyt just to maintain weight crew.

Abs reasonably defined even with direct ab work crew.


And folks talk that cap calling fast metabolisms a myth. :russ: :mjlol: :takedat:
Breh it takes me 4-5 hours to digest my big ass oatmeal breakfast.

And the bigger I am the more proportioned the meals have to be, my stomach literally is in a constant state of breaking food down or prepping to go take a massive dump.

I look incredible, but i can't do it.
I envy you fast metabolism brehs.

I'm SERIOUSLY considering that Keto diet.

You don't have to be friendly with muhfukkas to have them record. It'd be like asking someone for a spot, it's part of the Code. I mean-mug everybody I don't speak to (which is only like 8 folks) and will still ask randoms to film.

When I pulled that 6 back on New Year's I'd never even met that cat before. He was so :gladbron: that he was happy to record it. Haven't seen him since either, as far as I can tell. :skip:

We got a new lady at work that does that shyt. She be kinda :upsetfavre: and I can tell when her ass is hangry. When she took a week break from that shyt she was walking like :pachaha:.

I told her she needed carbs, but she doesn't wanna lift. Just run and do keto versus eating whatever, being stronger, and burning more fat. :skip: :beli: :snoop:

I think Chad Ochocinco is one of those fast metabolism lean brehs BTW. He's never ever had a strict diet, even post retirement and he self admits to eating McDonald's most of the time. :francis:

Hit 315 for 5 for the first time in probably a year and a half. My hip tilt is starting to fix due to utilizing the muscles I am supposed to :dead: Whole rack on everything except for Hamstrings. Did a rookie move though going on an empty stomach, was seeing stars for a bit.

Depends on what time. As long as I have a good meal the night before and get started by 10:30am with a little Powda I’m good.

No matter what I eat, I can never go more than 4-5 hours without getting hungry again.

I never hit the gym without some mass gainer or lunch in the tank. :hhh: :mjcry:

Are there any specific video tutorials from a real reputable source on how to squat properly, not just the broad general stuff but the nuanced stuff too.

I'm not a fan of squatting coz of the damage to knees, but I also recognize that it has no rival when it comes to leg development
