I'm down to one meal a day, was getting big and losing definition. When you 8 pack goes down to 2 pack, you know it's time
The amount of cardio you gotta do to eat 3 meals a day, and remain buff with definition is just insane. It's so much work and the stress it puts on the digestive system is crazy.
