Diet should prolly be broken down into macros (i.e. X g carbs, X g fat, X g protein), it'll make it easier to see if it's working, and if it's not, easier to manipulate.
This will give you some idea of what legit leanness looks like (
) at different percentages.
Most cats, especially on here, have no idea what their b.f. % is. Cats talmbout they 10% but have no striations anywhere except their forearms. Cats with obvious love handles talking that
like "I'm about 8%".
