It's not super restrictive and it's half the cost of an Inzer Forever. You can also do more lifts comfortably in it than the Inzer.

Belts help with bracing (by giving your abs something to press up against) and are most def not a waste of money. I'm assuming anyone saying this doesn't actually lift heavy weight.


Not mandatory by any means, but definitely not a waste.

Brb brehs are not using a belt for any deadlift, barbell row, bench press, or overhead press sets.
